THE WINERY BARN PRIVATE EVENTS

Jubilee Farm & Vineyards sits on a high perch above Blake Creek which flows into the Potomac River. Views westward capture an estuarine scene; to the east the view is vineyards, fields and woodlands. In addition to weddings, other events can be reserved at the Winery Barn & Courtyard.

The Winery Barn and Courtyard are set up with tables and chairs. Your games may be set up on the lawns. Jubilee staff are responsible for facility management before, during and after the event, greeting of guests and parking, as well as bartending, set up and clean up. In the event of inhospitable weather, a Plan B is in place for all events to be inside. A microphone and podium are available for use.

Event site fees depend on the size of the event.

Up to 65 guests $3,800 site fee

Up to 110 guests $4,350 site fee

Up to 160 guests $5,200 site fee

Events are planned for 4 hr and can be extended upon request and in compliance with St. Mary’s County noise ordinances which require outdoor event noise to terminate by 10 p.m.

Dinner in the Vines

Up to 65 guests $3,800 site fee

Up to 110 guests $4,600 site fee

Up to 160 guests $5,900 site fee

We provide long tables with white linens and candles for lighting at this super special plated or family style dinner event. Our base price is for a sit down plated service dinner after cocktails in the Courtyard. If dancing is of interest, the Winery Barn with its stand-alone bar is ready for after dinner revelry.
