COCKTAIL & SMALL WEDDINGS
Jubilee Farm & Vineyard is an historic farm dating to c. 1700. The first vineyards were planted in 2002 with the old vineyard adjacent to the Winery Barn inset with the Winery Courtyard. Blake Creek and the Potomac River form the vista to the west and south; farm fields and woodland frame the views east and north. A series of gardens are interspersed and are available for strolling during the wedding reception.
Jubilee Cocktail & Small Weddings are designed for smaller wedding parties. Farm use is a full day affair, with facilities including the Guest House and Groom’s Loft for wedding preparation, and use of the event facilities as follows: 1) Ceremony on the waterside lawn with wine barrels on either side at the and and in the front with large floral displays from our gardens; 2) Vineyard Courtyard nestled into the vineyard and hung with swag lamps for Cocktail Hour and - your choice - right through heavy hors d’oeuvres for an all outdoors wedding; and 3) your choice to include the 38’ x 76’ Winery Barn with 5’ round tables with white linens and a central dance floor. We provide all beverage services including wine/beer/seltzer drinks for a 4 hour reception (see below).
Optional services include: 1) Jubilee’s DJ, Invincible Entertainment, under separate contract, and 2) Full Bar upgrade +/or reception extension, prices on request.
Cocktail and small wedding inclusive fees are $6,900 (plus 6% Maryland State Tax) for 9am-9pm facility use.
Bar Services: Wine and Beer Menu includes: White wines: Sauvignon Blanc (Astica, AR), Rosé (Bricco dei Tati Piemonte IT), Moscato (Oliver Winery, IL USA), and Chardonnay (Astica, AR ); Red wines: Cabernet Sauvignon (Astica, AR). Slack Black Drum Red (MD) and Barbera (Bricco dei Tati Piemonte), Pinot Noir (CA); Beers: Michelob Ultra, Bud Light, Coors Light, Stella Artois, and Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. Other Beverages: Coke, Diet Coke, Ginger Ale, Sprite; water and iced tea provided at the bar area. Full bar menu is here.
Food catering: And table decor is fully your choice and style. We recommend caterers who are the most successful and sought after in our 15 years of wedding experience. A list of preferred vendors is available here and we are happy to advise you on catering and nearby decor assistance.
